Feedback
At AWS Medical we are always open to all types of feedback, be it a compliment or a complaint, we want to hear it all. We can then continue to deliver the high standards we strive for. We will listen to you, and then make changes if we need to, so that we can properly deliver our services.
Whatever it is that you have to say you can fill in the form on this page, send us an email at hello@awsmedical.co.uk, or if you want to speak directly to someone we can arrange to speak on the phone.
We will ensure that all complaints are taken seriously and dealt with in a caring and considerate manner. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours of receipt. We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly and as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the complainant up to date throughout the process in a transparent and informative manner.
All comments and complaints are taken very seriously, and making a complaint will not affect your future use of our services.
